EPS Nomination
The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS service that allows your Doctor Surgery to send your prescription(s) directly to your nominated pharmacy electronically. This means that you no longer need to visit your doctor’s surgery to pick up your prescription(s) and drop it off at the pharmacy.
You can nominate Leybourne Pharmacy via the NHS app or notifying GP surgery or asking pharmacy to change nomination.
How it works
- Order your repeat prescription as normal and nominate Leybourne Pharmacy - Code FHG68
- Your doctor's surgery will send your prescription to us, your nominated pharmacy.
- Once your prescription is ready, we will email or text you. You can collect it from the pharmacy via the MEDPOINT machine outside the pharmacy ( subject to terms and conditions.)
Free Prescription Delivery service is for housebound patients only with a Doctor’s letter. All other patients will be charged a £10 delivery charge per delivery.
